There really is no need to radically overhaul your schedule and here are some simple ways to make yoga a natural part of your day.

1. Start Your Morning with a Few Poses

Begin your day with a few gentle stretches or sun salutations. Just five to ten minutes of asanas in the morning can help wake up your body, improve circulation, and set a positive tone for the day.

2. Integrate Yoga into Breaks

Instead of scrolling on your phone during breaks, take a few moments to do a standing forward fold, seated twist, or a quick downward dog. These mini sessions can ease tension, especially if your daily routine is quite sedentary involving a lot of desk work or travel.

3. Use Breathwork Throughout the Day
